Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Taxila invites bids for the improvement of the drainage system and street on Thatta Khalil Road from Taxila Chowk to Rehmanabad Road, UC Sara e Khola, under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) for the financial year 2026-27. This project involves civil works focused on drainage and street improvements in Taxila city.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 95.710 Million with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 4,785,500 (5%). Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant category; those with lower category PEC registration are not eligible to submit bids. The project will be executed as per the Technical Sanction No. CE(North)PLGB-TS (01-MC Taxila) 2026 dated 15.09.2026.
Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the Punjab E-procurement system by 12.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee, Taxila, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. Tender documents can be obtained and bids submitted via the Punjab E-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender/aspx).
No cutting or amendment in the bid is allowed. Earnest money must be submitted; otherwise, the bid will not be entertained. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount as per PPRA Punjab rules. All applicable taxes must be paid at the time of payment release as per Government of Punjab regulations.
