The works require high-quality materials such as Tuff Tiles for pavements and durable construction for water tanks and monuments. The project will be executed as per work orders issued by the department. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-5 or above with relevant codes, valid FBR and KPRA registration for the current financial year, and experience in similar civil and water supply projects. Earnest Money Deposit (2% CDR) is required as call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Lower Mohmand.
