Construction and Supply of Various Water Supply Schemes with Solar Systems in District Nushki

The Public Health Engineer Division Nushki invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of multiple water supply schemes integrated with solar systems in District Nushki. These works are based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 and include construction and supply of various water supply schemes (WSS) with solar systems at multiple locations. Items being procured: - Construction of various water supply schemes Kishingi and Darzichah Dak Abbol Rashid Maranzai District Nushki - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Gomazi - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Jamaldini - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Badini and provision of WSS with solar system at Kiffayat S/O Muhammad Yaqoob Killi Janbag Mall District Nushki - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Keshangi-1 - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Mall-1 and construction of various WSS along with solar system at UC Qadir Abad (1) District Nushki - Construction of various WSS along with solar system at UC Ahmedwal - Construction of various WSS along with solar system at UC Baghak District Nushki and E&I of water supply scheme in city District Nushki - Supply and installation of pumping machinery for various water supply schemes in District Nushki - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Mall (2) - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Qadir Abad (2) - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Sarmal - Construction of WSS with solar system at UC Jahanzad District Nushki - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Jibenga - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Jibenga - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Diah - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Gaw - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Gazt - Construction of various WSS with solar system at UC Sargat District Nushki The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 amended up to date. Basic eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 and 5 or above along with the specialized code. Firms must also be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer list (ATL) status with FBR. Turnover of at least the last three years and completion of three assignments of similar nature is required. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. The tender processing fee is Rs. 3000/- payable through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan. Last date for bid submission is 06 November 2026 till 09:00 AM through the e-procurement dashboard. Bids will be opened electronically thereafter. Bid validity period is ninety (90) days. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration and FBR ATL status are up to date before bidding and prepare your bid security carefully as per the specified 3% of the estimated cost to avoid disqualification.
