Construction of Tower Foundation of Location No 57 with Erection, Stringing, and Dismantling of Existing Tower of 132 kV Transmission Line Murree Minhasa

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the construction of tower foundation at Location No 57 along with erection, stringing, and dismantling of the existing tower of the 132 kV Transmission Line Murree Minhasa. This procurement is under the IESCO System Constraints and Contingencies for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **PKR 4,691,860** including PST. Items being procured: - Installation of footing foundation for Conventional Foundation Tower type ZM30 (4 footings) - Erection of Medium Angle Tower Type ZM-90 Basic Body (without stubs) including transport from IESCO Regional Store to site (1 unit) - 03 Meter Leg Extension Set (1 unit) - Stringing and sagging of conductor, shield wire, installation of insulators, fittings, dampers, and related hardware for 0.76 km of ACSR Lynx conductor - Destringing and restringing of galvanized steel wire 9mm dia for 0.76 km - Dismantling of existing ZM-30 towers without stubs and cleats, return to store (6480 kg) - Dismantling of existing Lynx conductor with accessories, return to store (1705 kg) The scope includes excavation, dewatering, stub setting, leveling, slope protection, grounding set installation, tower erection with all accessories, conductor stringing and restringing, and dismantling of existing towers and conductors. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with Category C-6 specialization codes CE 10 & EE-05, have valid tax registration, and demonstrate relevant experience including at least two contracts of similar nature within the last ten years. The contract duration is 45 days from signing. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by **September 21, 2026 at 11:10 AM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
