Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of NBP Dhudial Branch (1615) RO Jhelum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The scope of work includes dismantling and refixing works, reinforcement cement concrete, steel reinforcement, supply and installation of a standard fireproof strong room door, plaster work, internal paint works, cash counter fabrication, wooden drawers, porcelain tile flooring, false ceiling, glass partitions and doors, plumbing fixtures, and comprehensive electrical wiring and fittings.
Items being procured:
- Dismantling and removing existing masonry walls, tiles, ceiling, electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Reinforcement cement concrete 3000 PSI for RCC walls
- Grade 60 steel reinforcement bars
- Standard fireproof strong room door with triple control locking system
- Plaster work on walls and ceilings
- Plastic emulsion and weather shield paint
- Teller counter and wooden drawer units
- Porcelain tiles flooring (Conoliaen Brown and grit white)
- False ceiling with gypsum tiles
- Glass partitions and tempered glass doors
- Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including stainless steel kitchen sink, mixers, soap dispenser, towel rod, paper holder, hand dryer, mirrors, and stainless steel handles
- Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data and voice wiring, main telephone cable, electrical LT cabling, fittings, fixtures, LED lights, fans, power sockets, and internal components of distribution boards
The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per NBP standards and State Bank regulations. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04 is mandatory. Bidders must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and Punjab Revenue Authority.
The contract duration is 45 days with a bid validity period of 359 days. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee is not applicable for this contract. The evaluation method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
