Construction of Two Chambers for 02 Newly Appointed SVP at 4th Floor, ITG Block, NBP Head Office, Building Karachi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of two chambers for two newly appointed Senior Vice Presidents at the 4th Floor, ITG Block, NBP Head Office Building, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling/removing existing structures including block masonry, RCC slab, tiles, wooden/glass doors, furniture, windows, partitions, false ceiling, AC, electrical and plumbing fittings - Shifting and stacking dismantled materials within or outside premises - Disposal of surplus materials and debris outside municipal limits - Providing and laying porcelain floor tiles and skirting - Installing 12mm thick imported clear glass partitions with oak wood frames - Fixing frosted paper, floor mounted machines, D-locks, stainless steel door handles and patch fittings - Installing synthetic fibre roller blinds, bulkheads, and applying three coats of matt paint - Providing gypsum board false ceilings and block masonry walls - Electrical works including circuit wiring, point wiring, data and voice points, drop and patch cords, switch socket outlets, network I/Os, and LED lights - Supply and installation of senior executive room furniture including executive tables, mobile drawer units, side racks, credenzas, sofa sets, and side tables The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and disposal required for the complete execution of the works as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C6 or above, FBR, and SRB, and have relevant experience. The contract duration is 45 days with a Defects Notification Period of 180 days. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before the deadline of September 1, 2026, 11:30 AM. Original bid security of PKR 65,000 must be submitted physically before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on LCBS basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding. The contract includes detailed terms on performance security, payment terms, liquidated damages, and dispute resolution. The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) will supervise the works and ensure compliance with all specifications and standards. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submit all required documents including original bid security to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review the Bill of Quantities and approved brand lists to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
