Construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) in Phase VIII (Ex Park View) DHA Lahore

Defence Housing Authority Lahore invites sealed bids for the construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) in Phase VIII (Ex Park View) DHA Lahore with a completion time of 6 months. The project involves comprehensive electrical works including HT & LT material and allied civil works. Items being procured: - Construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) in Phase VIII (Ex Park View) DHA Lahore The scope covers supply and installation of electrical materials and allied civil works at the specified site. Bidders must be registered with DHA Lahore in the electrical category and possess valid PEC license for 2025/2026 in category C3 & above with specialization codes EE-04 & EE-05. The bid security is 2% of the quoted amount, payable via CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a Schedule Bank in favor of Defence Housing Authority Lahore. Bid documents can be obtained from 17 August 2026 to 28 August 2026 upon payment of Rs 10,000 non-refundable fee. Required documents include company request for tender purchase, authority letter for collection, valid PEC certificate, DHA Lahore registration, proof of similar work execution in last three years, NTN, active taxpayer proof, no litigation certificate, and bank account maintenance certificate. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room Main Office Complex Sector-A, Phase-VI DHA Lahore on the date and time specified in the tender documents. Sealed bids must be delivered to the same address by 2 September 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in presence of authorized representatives. All applicable taxes and duties must be included in the bid. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Contract award will be based on best suitability after thorough evaluation. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring compliance with all requirements and timely submission to avoid disqualification.
