Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to categories 'A' and 'B' on the approved MES list. They must have sufficient experience in the relevant field and submit complete credentials as per serial 8 of the notice. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no litigation or adverse reports against them. The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors. The tender submission deadline is **3rd November 2026 at 1130 Hrs**, with opening at 1200 Hrs the same day. Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
