Construction and Upgradation of Schools at Taluka Hala Matiari

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Matiari invites bids for construction and upgradation works of educational institutions in Taluka Hala, Sindh. This tender covers three major projects: construction and reconstruction of existing primary and elementary schools (12 units) at GGPS Mulan Sawani, up-gradation of a high school to higher secondary level at GBHSS Bhanoth, and construction of a building for Government Boys Higher Secondary School Saeed Khan Laghari. All works are to be completed within 12 months with a bid validity of 90 days. Items being procured: - Construction / Reconstruction of Existing Primary / Elementary Schools (12 Units) (SDG#4) @ GGPS Mulan Sawani (Remaining Work) Taluka Hala - Up-gradation of High School to the Level of Higher Secondary Schools (01 Unit) (SDG#4) @ GBHSS Bhanoth Taluka Hala (Compound Wall) - Construction of Building for Government Boys Higher Secondary School Saeed Khan Laghari (SDG#4) Taluka Hala (Compound Wall) The technical scope includes civil construction works, compound wall erection, and school building development in accordance with PEC CE-10 specialization for the year 2025-26. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, hold an electrical contractor license for Mirpurkhas region, and have valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations. Experience in similar works with at least 80% cost coverage for one or 50% for two similar projects is mandatory. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals with Earnest Money in the form of 5% CDR. The tender documents are available on the E-PADS portal and must be submitted physically by 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM to the Executive Engineer Education Works Division at Government Boys Degree College Matiari. The technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and the performance security is also 5% of the bid. Liquidated damages of 1% on estimated cost apply for delays.
