Tender Description
The College Education Work Division Larkana is procuring construction and uplifting works for the Auditorium Hall and allied facilities at Govt Girls Degree College Badeh, District Larkana under the Provincial ADP 2025-26 programme. This project involves comprehensive civil works including excavation, reinforced concrete, brickwork, plastering, flooring with marble and tiles, aluminum and wooden joinery, acoustic ceiling installation, waterproofing, painting, and water supply plumbing fittings. The scope covers structural and finishing works to enhance educational infrastructure in Larkana.
The technical scope requires contractors to have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, with a minimum of five years' experience in similar government projects. Firms must demonstrate financial soundness with audited statements and tax returns for the last five years, and possess necessary equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, scaffolding, and generators. Key personnel including construction managers and engineers must be registered with PEC and have requisite experience.
Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit or Pay Order amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2,825,000) is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Performance Security of 10% of contract price is required from the successful bidder. The contract duration is 24 months from the written order to commence.
The submission deadline is 7 days after the tender publication date or as notified, with bids to be delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, College Education Work Division, Larkana.
