Construction and Uplifting of Auditorium Hall and Allied Facilities at SMBB Govt Girls Degree College Naudero Larkana

The College Education Work Division Larkana is procuring construction and uplifting works for the Auditorium Hall and allied facilities at SMBB Government Girls Degree College Naudero, District Larkana. This project is funded under the Provincial ADP 2025-26 with an estimated cost of **PKR 56,500,000**. The scope includes excavation, reinforced cement concrete works, brickwork, plastering, electrical installations, aluminum framing, marble flooring, acoustic ceiling installation, plumbing, and sanitary fittings among other civil and mechanical works. The technical scope covers comprehensive civil works such as RCC slabs, beams, columns, brick masonry, plastering, and finishing works including painting and flooring. Mechanical and electrical works include installation of pumps, sanitary fixtures, electrical wiring, and fixtures. The site is located in Larkana, Sindh, and bidders are advised to visit the site for inspection before submission. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories, possess valid NTN and SRB certificates, ISO 9001 & 45001 certifications, and demonstrate financial soundness with audited statements and bank statements for the last five years. Experience of at least five years in similar works and possession of required machinery and technical staff with PEC registration is mandatory. The tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Technical bids will be evaluated first, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and performance security is 10%. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete and submitted as per the instructions.
