Construction of Walkways, Roads, Carpeting and Allied Infrastructure Works in Jinnah Sector Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from Engineering Firms and Contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC Licenses in the specified categories. The procurement is for construction and allied infrastructure works in Jinnah Sector, Lahore, including walkways, roads, carpeting, and tiling. Items being procured: - Construction of Walkways in Jinnah Sector along with Allied Infrastructure Works (Package-2) - Construction of Parking areas with Tuff Tiles for Commercial Plots in Jinnah Sector along with Allied Infrastructure Works - Construction of Walkways in Jinnah Sector along with Allied Infrastructure Works (Package-1) - Carpeting of Roads / PCC / Tuff Tiles of PP-157 (Ward 6 & 10), NA-127, Lahore The technical scope includes civil construction works with allied infrastructure in the specified locations. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-5 & Above or C-6 & Above as applicable. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals strictly following the evaluation criteria and submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost is required. The tender opening will be on 4th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with submission deadline at 9:30 AM the same day.
