Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the construction of a comprehensive Water Supply Scheme at Ali Ghulam Leghari Muhalla Wahi Pandhi, Taluka Johi, District Dadu. This project includes the construction of a tube well, pump house, pipeline installation, pumping machinery including solar energy system, and a compound wall for the tube well. Items being procured:
- Boring of tube well up to various depths with casing pipes
- Providing and fixing wooden locked compartment for preserving samples
- Taking and preserving samples of strata and water
- Supplying and installing PVC strainer and blind pipes
- Providing M.S. bail plug
- Shrouding with graded bajri
- Development charges of tube well
- Conducting resistivity survey and hydrogeological evaluation
- Construction of pump house including excavation, concrete works, brickwork, R.C.C, steel reinforcement, plastering, painting, and steel grills
- Pipeline works including excavation, laying and testing of HDPE pipes, fittings, valves, sluice valves, and chambers
- Supply and installation of pumping machinery including a 7.5 BHP submersible pump with motor control unit
- Supply and installation of solar energy system for the pump
- Construction of compound wall for the tube well
The technical scope covers all civil, mechanical, electrical, and solar power works required for a fully functional water supply scheme. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and provide evidence of financial and technical capability including experience in similar works, equipment availability, qualified personnel, and bank creditworthiness. The bid security is set at 5% of the estimated cost. The tender will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope basis.
