Construction of Water Supply Scheme Darroon Mastoi Muhalla Wahi Pandhi Taluka Johi District

The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the construction of a water supply scheme at Darroon Mastoi Muhalla Wahi Pandhi Taluka Johi District Dadu. This tender covers comprehensive works including the construction of a tube well, pump house, pipeline installation, solar energy system, and repair of low service reservoir. The project is located in Dadu, Sindh, and is funded through the ADP with an estimated cost of Rs. 14.694 Million. Items being procured: - Boring of tube well up to various depths with casing pipes - Providing and fixing PVC strainer and blind pipes - Construction of pump house including excavation, concrete work, brickwork, plastering, steel reinforcement, and painting - Supply and installation of pumping machinery including a 7.5 BHP submersible pump with accessories - Laying and jointing of HDPE pipes and fittings - Installation of solar energy system components including solar panels, VFD drive, and balance of system - Repair and maintenance of low service reservoir and pumping machinery The technical scope includes drilling and development of tube wells, construction of reinforced concrete pump house, installation of electrical and solar power systems, and laying of HDPE pipelines. The contractor must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards, including PEC registration where applicable. Experience in similar water supply schemes, availability of construction equipment, qualified technical personnel, and financial capability are mandatory eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu by 27-08-2026 at 12:30 pm. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost. The contract will be awarded through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission. It is practical to visit the site beforehand to understand local conditions and prepare accurate bids.
