Construction of Water Supply Scheme Misiri Ali Khanani Taluka Johi District Dadu

The Public Health Engineering Division Dadu invites bids for the construction of a Water Supply Scheme at Misiri Ali Khanani, Taluka Johi District Dadu. This project includes the construction of a tube well, pump house, pipeline, low service reservoir, pumping machinery, solar energy system, and compound wall. Items being procured: - Tube Well boring and casing pipes installation - Pump house construction including excavation, concrete work, brickwork, RCC, steel reinforcement, plastering, painting, and steel door fabrication - Pipeline excavation, laying, jointing, and testing of HDPE and GI pipes with fittings and valves - Low service reservoir construction with excavation, concrete, brickwork, RCC, steel reinforcement, plastering, and painting - Pumping machinery including submersible pump, motor control unit, suction and delivery lines - Solar energy system including solar panels, VFD drive, PV balance of system, and installation - Compound wall construction with excavation, concrete, brickwork, RCC, steel reinforcement, plastering, and painting The technical scope covers all civil, mechanical, electrical, and solar works as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and provide evidence of financial and technical capability including experience in similar works, equipment availability, qualified personnel, bank creditworthiness, and audit reports. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of pay order or bank guarantee. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer (Dev) Public Health Engineering Division Dadu at Gharibabad Muhalla Dadu by 27-08-2026 at 12:30 pm. Technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including PEC registration, SRB and FBR certificates, affidavits, CNIC copies, and bid security are complete and attached to avoid disqualification.
