Construction and Development of Community Water Supply Schemes Including Small Community Bores Overhead Water Storage Tank and Solarized Water Supply Systems at Various Locations of District Pishin

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based Electronic bids as per B-CSR 2026 from interested firms, suppliers, and contractors registered with PEC, Income Tax and BRA under PSDP 2026-27 scheme. Items being procured: - Construction and development of community water supply schemes - Small community bores - Overhead water storage tank - Solarized water supply systems at various locations in District Pishin The procurement follows Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and PEC category C-4 and above (up to 200 million) with relevant code CE09(ii) (Water Supply) BC01, EE06, EE11, ME06. Bidders must provide affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no contract failure in last 5 years. Experience of at least 2 similar projects in last 5 years is mandatory. Each project must have at least 80% similar work and cost at least 50% of estimated cost. Maintenance, patchwork, rehabilitation and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bid security must accompany bids in form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call 3% of estimated cost.
