Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with E-pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) with active status, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category with relevant codes, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN and Sales Tax registration.
