Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Dadu is procuring construction services for a Women Centric Facility at the ADJ Court Building in Mehar, Sindh. This project involves comprehensive civil works including excavation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring with marble and tiles, aluminum framing for doors and windows, electrical wiring, and plumbing fixtures. The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and finishing as per PEC standards and Provincial Buildings Division specifications. The facility aims to enhance court infrastructure with a focus on women-centric amenities.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding EE04, EE06, and EE11 electrical codes, have completed at least two similar projects in the last three years, and currently hold two ongoing projects of similar nature. Bidders must be active taxpayers with FBR, possess NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, and maintain a documented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy with qualified technical staff including a PEC-registered Civil Engineer and a DAE Civil Site Supervisor.
The tender fee is PKR 3000 non-refundable, and a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Court, Dadu. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) system by 04 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM at the Meeting Hall, District & Sessions Court, Dadu.
A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly visit the site between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM before submission to understand site conditions and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Also, ensure all bid documents including Earnest Money, technical and financial proposals, and affidavits are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
