Tender Description
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed re-tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted, and security-wise cleared Civil Works Contractors for the construction of Work Package No.03 at a site near Chashma. This tender involves significant civil construction work with an estimated cost of **Rs. 130.72 Million**. The project duration is 15 months, indicating a substantial scope and scale of work.

Tender documents can be obtained during working hours (0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs) Monday to Friday from the issuing office in Islamabad. The issuance of tender documents will close one day before the tender opening date. A fixed bid security of **Rs. 2.5 Million** in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan is mandatory and must accompany the bid. If submitting a Bank Guarantee, it must have a minimum expiry of six months from the bid opening date, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
Bidders must enclose the bid security in a separate sealed envelope along with the tender, clearly mentioning the name of the work on the envelope. Two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy) must be submitted, both sealed, pre-signed, and stamped with the work name clearly indicated. Rates should be written in figures and words separately; in case of conflict, the words will prevail.
The tender opening is scheduled for **27-08-2026 at 1100 Hrs**, with submission deadline at **1030 Hrs** the same day. The pre-bid meeting will be held on **20-08-2026 at 1000 Hrs**. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000.
Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Tender documents will not be accepted via post, courier, or telegraphic means. This tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.
