The Public Health Engineering Division Washuk invites sealed percentage rate tenders based on composite schedule of rates 2026 for the construction of Water Supply Schemes (WSS) with Solar Systems and pipe laying in various locations of Washuk District, Balochistan. The works include drilling agencies, civil work, solar work, and pipe laying by a manufacturer firm or supplier for BSDI Phase-III for the year 2026-27. The work is to be completed in various sub-tehsils and union councils of Washuk District. Eligibility requires the firm or company to have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with renewal up to 30th June 2026, registration with tax authorities (NTN & sales tax), and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must submit proof of at least 3 years of experience in similar works, completion certificates, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. Earnest money/security deposit of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit refundable. Joint ventures are not accepted. Authorized representatives must provide authorization letters. Tender documents will be issued after publication on the BPPRA website upon presentation of required documents and payment of tender fee. Submission deadline is **30th June 2026** by 11:00 AM. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Washuk.
