Construction of WSS Yaro, Cadet College, Kamalzai and HDPE Pipeline Nauabad Pishin

The Local Government and Rural Development Department Pishin invites sealed percentage based electronic bids for the construction of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) at Yaro, Cadet College, Kamalzai and HDPE Pipeline at Nauabad Pishin. This procurement is under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and follows the B-CSR 2026 rates. Items being procured: - Construction of WSS Yaro - Construction of WSS Cadet College - Construction of WSS Kamalzai - HDPE Pipeline at Nauabad Pishin The project requires firms with valid PEC registration, Income Tax and Balochistan Revenue Authority registration. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The bidding firm should have completed at least three projects with 80% similar activities within the last five years, each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost. PEC category C5 or above is required. Turnover up to 70% of the estimated cost in the previous year must be demonstrated. A bank certificate from a scheduled bank and an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no litigation, and no contract failures are mandatory.
