Consultancy Services for Preparation of Business Plan and Organizational Structuring for Special Economic Zones Authority Sindh

Special Economic Zone Authority, Sindh is inviting consultancy firms to provide services for the preparation of a comprehensive business plan and optimal organizational structuring for the Authority. This corrigendum clarifies the schedule and requirements for the submission of bids in response to the earlier published Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for these consultancy services. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for preparation of business plan for Special Economic Zone Authority, Sindh - Consultancy services for organizational structuring of the Authority The technical scope includes developing a detailed business plan that aligns with the Authority's mandate and future growth, as well as proposing an effective organizational structure to enhance operational efficiency. The consultancy firm is expected to have relevant experience in similar assignments, preferably with public sector organizations or economic zone authorities. Eligibility criteria require compliance with SPP Rules, 2010 (as amended), and submission of Earnest Money amounting to PKR 1,200,000 (Pakistani Rupees Twelve Lac only) as per Clause 37(2) of the rules. All other terms and conditions of the previously published tender notice remain unchanged and binding. The deadline for submission of bids is 26 October 2026 at 3:30 PM. Bids will be opened on 6 October 2026 at 3:30 PM. Submissions must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents, and only those bids that fulfill all stipulated requirements will be considered.
