Hiring of Consultancy Services for Concourse Development at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consultancy firms for the provision of consultancy services related to the development of concourses at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This opportunity is open to experienced consultants with a proven track record in airport infrastructure and concourse planning. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for the development of concourses at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore The scope of work includes comprehensive planning, design, and advisory services for the expansion and enhancement of passenger concourses. Consultants will be responsible for preparing detailed designs, technical documentation, and providing support during the implementation phase. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in similar airport projects, possess technical expertise, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category. Registration with FBR and inclusion in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Earnest Money and other bid securities must be submitted as per the RFP requirements. Interested firms must submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS V2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on 25 September 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through the online system.
