The National Grid Corporation (NGC) Lahore office invites bids for consultancy services related to construction supervision and allied activities for a major transmission line project. This project involves the verification of contractor's invoices and the testing and commissioning of a 220 kV double circuit twin bundle transmission line extending approximately 67 km from Mohmand Dam Hydropower Plant (HPP) to the existing 220 kV Nowshera Industrial Grid Station. The consultant will also be responsible for invoice verification and the final testing and commissioning phase to ensure operational readiness. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories and must be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience in similar high voltage transmission line projects is essential. Earnest money and bid security requirements will be as per NGC procurement rules. The tender submission deadline has been extended.
