Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Cement Concrete Lining of Rohri Main Canal from RD 589+000 to RD 619+000

The Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh, invites qualified consulting firms to provide consultancy services for the construction supervision of the Cement Concrete Lining of Rohri Main Canal from RD 589+000 to RD 619+000 under ADP Scheme No.1116/2026-27. The consultant will also prepare plans to combat climate change effects and implement environmental and social management plans. Eligibility requires firms with experience in similar irrigation and hydraulic projects, with a minimum of 68 professional staff-months. Key personnel include Project Manager/Team Leader with 20 years experience, Design Engineer/Hydraulic Engineer, Contract Engineer, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineers, Material Engineer, Surveyors, Site Inspectors, AutoCAD Operators, Computer Operator, and Office Manager, all with relevant qualifications and experience.
