Tender Description
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring consultancy services for the design and construction supervision related to the shifting of some of its operational offices. This procurement is specifically for firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council under project profile codes 1201, 1203, 1206, 1216, 1219 and service codes 0507, 0510, 0511, 0532, 0537, 0543, 0544, 0545, 0546, 0549, as well as registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners. The scope involves detailed design and supervision of construction activities at the Jinnah International Airport site in Karachi, ensuring smooth relocation of offices with minimal disruption to airport operations.
The technical scope includes preparation of design documents, monitoring construction quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The project demands experienced consultants with proven expertise in airport infrastructure and office relocation projects. Firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar consultancy assignments will be a key evaluation criterion.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19th May 2026 at the Mini Conference Room, 6th Floor, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. Interested bidders should attend to clarify any queries. The final submission deadline for proposals is 3rd June 2026 at 1100 hours. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS and also in hard copy to the Divisional Engineer ES (Civil-I) at Pakistan Airports Authority, Jinnah International Airport Karachi.
