Consultancy Services for Design and RE Supervision for Works in Multiple Cities

The Military Engineer Services (MES) under the Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi is inviting applications for pre-qualification of firms for consultancy services involving design and Resident Engineer (RE) supervision for various works across multiple cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Karachi, Gwadar, Ormara, Turbat, Taxila, and Kamra. This procurement covers consultancy services for design and supervision, requiring firms to demonstrate experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, specifically Category C-2 or above, with validity up to June 2026. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide a 2% refundable bid security. Firms must also submit detailed work orders, project locations, completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
