Tender Description
Pak Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology Mang Haripur invites qualified consulting firms to provide consultancy services for the establishment of the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Allied Sciences. This project is located at the Pak Austria Fachhochschule Institute Mang Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The consultancy scope includes detail designing, cost estimates, BOQ preparation, PC-I development, tender document preparation, and construction supervision.

The technical scope covers comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, detailed cost analysis, and supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards. The firm must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant codes, Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners, Federal Board of Revenue with active status, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Experience in similar consultancy projects is essential.
Interested firms must submit separate Technical and Financial proposals through the EPAD system (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by the deadline of 23rd July 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon). Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000/- in the name of Project Director PAF-IAST as stationary charges and a fixed bid security of Rs. 200,000/- in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order must accompany the technical bid. The procurement will follow the single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules, 2014.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all registrations and tax documents are current and properly submitted to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the EPAD submission guidelines to prevent technical rejection.
