Consultancy Services for Detailed Design of Pre-Stressed Bridge, Flyover and Ramp at Nawabshah Saeedabad Road, Sindh

The Works and Services Department of the Government of Sindh invites qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive consultancy services for the detailed engineering design of pre-stressed bridges, flyover, and ramp located at the road from Nawabshah Saeedabad Road along Sim Nala to connect Nawabshah Sanghar Road at Cheezalabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh. This assignment is issued by the Executive Engineer, Provincial Highways Division, Shaheed Benazirabad. Items being procured: - Detailed engineering design and drawings - Design vetting - Preparation of detailed working estimates - Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Revised/modified PC-I(s) - Tender/bidding documents - Hydraulic study - Geotechnical/soil investigation study - Construction supervision The consultancy scope includes five stages: detailed planning, geotechnical investigation, preliminary engineering, detailed engineering design and drawings, and third-party vetting. The consultant must coordinate with relevant government agencies and comply with applicable engineering standards and codes. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant project profile codes and service codes, valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and have experience in bridge design.
