Tender Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking qualified and experienced consultants for a consultancy assignment under its Flood Recovery Programme. This opportunity is specifically for the Mid Term Review of the Flood Recovery Programme, a critical evaluation to assess progress and impact. The assignment requires submission of both technical and financial proposals through the Quantum Supplier Portal.
This consultancy involves a detailed review and analysis of the Flood Recovery Programme’s implementation, outcomes, and challenges. Consultants must be well-versed in flood recovery, disaster management, and development programme evaluations. The scope includes comprehensive data collection, stakeholder consultations, and preparation of a detailed report to guide future interventions.
Eligible candidates should have relevant experience in consultancy assignments of similar scale, preferably with international organizations or UN agencies. Registration with FBR and an active ATL status are essential. While no specific PEC category applies, strong technical expertise and proven track record in flood recovery projects are mandatory.
The deadline for submission is strictly by 15 July 2026 at 03:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Proposals must be submitted online only via the Quantum Supplier Portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org. No physical submissions will be accepted.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, including Earnest Money or CDR if applicable, are complete and uploaded correctly on the portal well before the deadline. Early submission helps avoid last-minute technical issues and ensures compliance with UNDP’s procurement rules. This is a valuable opportunity for consultants specializing in flood recovery and development programme evaluations to contribute to a significant humanitarian initiative.
