Consultancy Services for Interior Design, Services Design and Supervision for Office of Privatisation Commission

The Privatisation Commission Islamabad invites qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive consultancy services for interior design, services design, and supervision for its office located at 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat. This procurement is for transforming approximately 22,000 square feet of office space into a modern, efficient, and standardized work environment with smart planning and attractive aesthetics. Items being procured: - Verification of measurements and preparation of As Built plans - Pre-design study of existing floor and manpower requirements - Interior space designing and 3D views of all spaces - Furniture and fixtures designing - Floor, wall, and ceiling considerations - Selection of appropriate materials - Detailed interior design of selected option - Preparation of detailed electrical, lighting, telecommunication, civil, IT/Data, plumbing, HVAC/AC, UPS, fire detection, CCTV, voice, and data working drawings - Preparation of tender drawings and documents including BOQ and cost estimates - Material approvals and inspections - Site supervision with weekly progress reports The scope includes preparation of schematic designs, detailed drawings, tender documents, BOQ with +/-5% accuracy, and full supervision until project completion. The consultant must have proven experience in renovation and interior design of corporate offices with projects of minimum 15,000 sqft. Documentary evidence such as PO and job completion certificates are mandatory. The consultant will also be responsible for quality control, timely execution, and coordination with contractors. The contract duration includes 8 weeks for preliminary interior design and 8 weeks for detailed design and tender documentation. The Privatisation Commission will review designs within 2-3 weeks, which is excluded from the consultant's timeline. Payment milestones are linked to approval stages and satisfactory completion. Applicants must be registered with Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP), have valid SECP or Registrar of Firms registration, and be active taxpayers. Submission is through EPADS v2.0 only by 10:00 AM on November 5, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. A pre-application meeting and pre-bid meeting will be held on November 2 and 3, 2026 respectively at the Privatisation Commission office.
