Hiring of Consultancy Services for Preparation of Feasibility Study for Establishment of Leather City in Balochistan

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites proposals from eligible consultancy firms for the preparation of a feasibility study for the establishment of a Leather City in Balochistan. This procurement is being conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules, as applicable. The consultancy services are required to provide a comprehensive feasibility report, including technical, financial, and operational aspects for the proposed Leather City project. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for preparation of feasibility study for Leather City in Balochistan (1 assignment) The scope of work includes site assessment, market analysis, infrastructure planning, environmental impact assessment, and financial modeling. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering a detailed feasibility report that meets the requirements of TDAP and relevant stakeholders. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 6,000/- and a bid security of Rs. 76,000/- in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of TDAP are required. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal (www.vendors.epads.gov.pk) by 11:00 AM on 2nd July 2026. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that your technical and financial proposals are uploaded in the correct format on the EPADS portal well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.
