Consultancy for Master Plan, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Library and Auditorium Hall at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto

The Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites qualified consulting firms for a comprehensive consultancy assignment for the Preparation of the Master Plan, Detailed Engineering Design, Drawings, Documentation, and Construction Supervision of the Library and Auditorium Hall Project at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto for the fiscal year 2026-27. The consultant team must include key personnel such as Team Leader, Town Planner, Environment Specialist, GIS Specialist, Public Health Engineer, Roads/Transportation Engineer, MEP Engineers, Financial Expert, Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, Material Engineer, Site Inspector, Quantity Surveyor, and Administrative Staff. Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP), valid tax registrations, relevant experience, and compliance with ethical standards. The bid security is Rs. 1,177,350/- in the form of a bank guarantee or pay order. The estimated cost for consultancy services is approximately Rs. 23.547 million under ADP-88. The contract duration is fourteen months plus defect liability period.
