Consultancy Services for Development of PRCS Health and WASH Strategy 2026-2030

The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a prominent humanitarian organization auxiliary to public authorities, is seeking Expressions of Interest from reputable consulting firms. The objective is to develop a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic Health and WASH Strategy for the period 2026 to 2030. This consultancy opportunity is based in Islamabad and invites firms with a strong track record in strategic health and water, sanitation, and hygiene planning. The scope of work includes a situational analysis, institutional capacity assessment, stakeholder consultations, emergency preparedness review, development of a strategic framework, detailed implementation roadmap, monitoring and evaluation system, and high-level costing. This extensive technical scope requires firms to demonstrate expertise in health and WASH sectors, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and ATL and should have relevant experience in similar consultancy assignments. The submission deadline is strictly 15th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. Proposals must be sealed and include both technical and financial components. They should be delivered to the PRCS Procurement Unit at the National Headquarters in Sector H-8, Islamabad.
