Consultancy Service for Development & Modification of Various CDA Locations/Projects in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites eligible consultancy firms registered with the Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) to submit proposals for consultancy services related to the development and modification of various locations and projects of CDA in Islamabad. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and related regulatory guidelines. Items being procured: - Consultancy Service for Development & Modification of Various Locations/Projects of CDA in Islamabad The consultancy scope includes detailed architectural and planning services for multiple CDA projects across Islamabad.
