Consultancy Services for Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design for Club/Gymkhana Facility at Bahawalpur Cantonment

Bahawalpur Cantonment Board invites electronic proposals from eligible, reputable and experienced multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consulting firms for provision of consultancy services. The scope includes detailed planning, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and allied engineering design; preparation of working drawings, BOQ, engineering and cost estimates, technical specifications and complete tender and construction documentation for the proposed Club / Gymkhana Facility at Bahawalpur Cantonment. The proposed site measures approximately 22 Kanals. Items being procured: - Detailed architectural and engineering design - Preparation of BOQ and engineering/cost estimates - Technical specifications - Tender and construction documentation Interested firms must possess relevant valid professional registrations and tax status as prescribed in the bidding documents. The detailed scope of work and evaluation requirements are contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The procurement method is Single Stage - Two Envelope. The estimated cost is Rs. 2.5 Million with a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount. Bidders should submit their proposals electronically by the specified deadline.
