Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for System Augmentation Program, MDGs, SDGs / SAP (DOP / ELR) & Deposit Works and Village / Rural Electrification Projects

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consultancy firms or joint ventures for providing consultancy services related to the System Augmentation Program, MDGs, SDGs / SAP (DOP / ELR), Deposit Works, and Village / Rural Electrification projects in Faisalabad. The consultancy services include technical and financial review and vetting of estimates prepared by the client, control of material issuance to contractors as per estimates, verification of materials installed at site with preparation of reconciliation statements, monitoring of construction works according to client specifications and standards, submission of monthly progress reports, assistance in acceptance of completed projects, and preparation of completion reports. Items being procured: - Technical and Financial Review and Vetting of Estimates - Control of Material Issuance to Contractors - Verification of Installed Materials and Reconciliation Statements - Monitoring of Construction Works per Specifications - Monthly Progress Reporting - Assistance in Project Acceptance - Preparation of Completion Reports The consultancy contract is initially for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Interested firms or joint ventures must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have a minimum of 10 years experience in power projects. They must have provided consultancy services for System Augmentation Programs, Deposit Works, and Rural Electrification projects worth Rs. 2000 Million over the past five years. The EOI application form is available from the office of the Project Director Construction FESCO, Canal Road, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000. EOIs must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Project Director Construction FESCO office at Canal Road, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad, under the caption 'Expression of Interest- System Augmentation Program, MDGs, SDGs / SAP (DOP/ ELR) & Deposit Works and Village/ Rural Electrification projects'.
