Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of RCC Bridge Jankas Barkot District Dir Upper

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pukhtunkhwa invites qualified engineering consulting firms to submit proposals for consultancy services related to the construction supervision of an RCC Bridge at Jankas Barkot in District Dir Upper. This tender is issued under the provincial Annual Development Program (ADP). Items being procured: - Construction supervision consultancy services for RCC Bridge at Jankas Barkot District Dir Upper The scope of work includes providing expert supervision and consultancy throughout the construction phase to ensure quality, compliance with standards, and timely completion. The firm will be selected through a Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per standard bidding documents. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the Roads Sector and must be on the approved shortlist of consultants. Additionally, registration with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and also provide a hard copy submission to the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28/09/2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer. The last date for proposal submission is 30/09/2026 by 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids will be opened electronically at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. RFP documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) are available on EPADS and can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 at least one day before the closing date. For bidders, it is advisable to carefully review the QCBS criteria and ensure all required documents are uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
