NED University of Engineering & Technology Karachi invites reputable Consultants/Consulting Firms registered with PEC / PCATP, Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended up to date) for the work titled "Construction of Elevated / Raised Hockey Ground with Synthetic Turf and allied works at NED University". Items being procured: - Detailed Engineering Design - Drawing - Documentation - Detailed Supervision of Development of Elevated / Raised Hockey Ground with Synthetic Turf - Allied Works at NED University The scope includes comprehensive consultancy services covering design, documentation, and supervision for the elevated hockey ground project at NED University Karachi. The consultant will ensure quality and compliance with all technical standards throughout the project lifecycle. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with PEC / PCATP, FBR, and SRB. Bidders must submit an original affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper affirming no litigation history, no blacklisting, and authenticity of documents. Consultants working with NED University must provide a certificate from the Project In-charge confirming satisfactory work progress and quality. The selection method is Least Cost Selection (LCS) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must include separate sealed envelopes for Financial and Technical Proposals. Key dates: Tender sale starts 15.09.2026 and ends 30.09.2026.
