Consultancy Services for Detailed Design, Design Vetting and Construction Supervision for Development Works at District Upper Dera Bugti

This Request for Proposal invites bids for consultancy services for detailed design, design vetting, and construction supervision for development works at District Upper Dera Bugti. The procuring entity is the Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti, located in Quetta, Balochistan. The consultancy service is to be provided by well reputed national or international firms or joint ventures registered with FBR and BRA, and active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan are not eligible. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for detailed design - Design vetting - Construction supervision for development works at District Upper Dera Bugti The procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include assignments of similar nature and complexity, a turnover of at least PKR 30,000,000 in the last three years, presence in Active Tax Payer List, and PEC/PCAD valid certifications with codes 1201(i)(vi), 1203(iii), and 1204(i) & 1235. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a bid security instrument. Tender processing fee of Rs. 1000 must be paid via green challan in the specified account. The financial proposals will be opened only for those consultants whose technical proposals are approved. Selection will be based on evaluation criteria detailed in the Request for Proposal document.
