Consultancy Services for Expression of Interest from NGOs in Poverty Alleviation and Food Security

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) based in Karachi is procuring consultancy services through an Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible NGOs. Eligibility criteria require NGOs to have valid FBR registration, active taxpayer status, audited financial statements for the last three years, and a proven track record of similar work with at least five completed projects in the last three years. Experience collaborating with donors, government agencies, and NGOs across Pakistan is essential. The bidder must not be blacklisted and must provide an affidavit confirming this.
