Pak Austria Fachhochschule Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology Mang Haripur is seeking consultancy services for the establishment of the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Allied Sciences. This tender is specifically for the provision of consultancy services related to the detailed designing and detailed construction supervision of the project located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Detail Designing - Cost Estimates / BOQ's - PC-I - Preparation of Tender Documents - Construction Supervision The scope of work includes comprehensive architectural and engineering design, preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities, development of PC-I documents, tender documentation, and supervision of construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. The project is a significant educational infrastructure development requiring experienced consultancy firms with relevant PEC registration and valid registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority with active status. Interested firms must submit separate technical and financial proposals through the EPAD system or physically before the deadline of 23rd July 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon). The technical bid must be accompanied by a bank draft or pay order of Rs. 2000 in favor of the Project Director PAF-IAST as stationary charges. A fixed bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order must also be submitted with the proposals. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The procurement will follow the single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. The successful firm will be subject to all applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, and sales tax at prevailing rates.
