Tender Description
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) through its Material Management Directorate invites qualified firms to provide consultancy services for the calculation of technical losses of the transmission and transformation network for FY 2024-25 or subsequent updated periods. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget and aims to engage an international consultant or consortium firm to deliver expert analysis and reporting.

- Consultancy services for calculation of technical losses of transmission and transformation network of FESCO for FY 2024-25 or subsequent updated period
The scope involves detailed technical assessment of FESCO's transmission and transformation infrastructure to identify and quantify technical losses. The consultant will apply internationally recognized methodologies and standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. This will support FESCO's efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce losses.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Firms should have relevant experience in power sector consultancy and demonstrate capability to handle complex technical assignments.
