Tender Description
Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited, under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals for the procurement of consultancy services for the Financial Year 2026-27. The consultancy is required for the implementation and support of the EPADS v2.0 (Electronic Procurement and Disposal System) for the organization. This opportunity is open to experienced consultancy firms with a proven track record in digital procurement solutions and public sector advisory.

- Consultancy services for the implementation, support, and advisory of EPADS v2.0 for Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited for FY 2026-27
The technical scope includes providing expert guidance on the deployment and operationalization of EPADS v2.0, ensuring compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, and facilitating capacity building for TCP staff. The selection process will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method, ensuring that both technical expertise and cost-effectiveness are considered. All interested firms must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal and submit their proposals electronically as per the instructions provided in the notice.
Eligibility criteria require that firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar assignments, especially with public sector clients, will be an advantage.
