Consultancy Services for Validation of Work Done & Design Support Construction Supervision of Shehzanik Dam Project

The Shehzanik & Tapok Dam Project office in Gwadar invites well reputed national and international firms or joint ventures to submit electronic bids for consultancy services. The procurement is for Validation of Work Done and Design Support Construction Supervision of the Shehzanik Dam Project. Items being procured: - Consultancy Service for Validation of work done & Design Support Construction Supervision of Shehzanik Dam Project. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 4 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 210,000,000 in the last 3 years. Firms must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and have PEC registration as a Consulting Engineering Firm. Blacklisted firms by any procuring agency or authority are not eligible. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR from a scheduled bank. Financial proposals will be opened only for those consultants whose technical proposals are approved. Selection will follow the Evaluation Criteria as per the Request for Proposal document. The last date for bid submission is 28 September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Project Director Shehzanik Dam Gwadar.
