Feasibility Study and Detail Cost Estimate for Construction of RCC Bridge Pion District Ghanche

The Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&W Department Ghanche invites sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) from engineering consultants/firms for the scheme 'Feasibility study and detail cost estimate for construction of RCC Bridge Pion District Ghanche'. The interested firms must have proven experience of feasibility studies and detailed designing of RCC bridges on major rivers, as well as detail designing of roads, highways, and other allied structures. Items being procured: - Feasibility study for RCC Bridge Pion - Detail cost estimate for construction of RCC Bridge Pion Firms must have valid PEC registration in the relevant field and code for FY 2026-27 (or as extended by PEC if any), along with income tax and services tax registration with FBR and proof of office establishment in Pakistan. Interested firms may obtain the RFP documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours (0900 to 1600) upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- up to 09 September 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 25-09-2026 at 11 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&W Department Ghanche. The bidding procedure will follow Single Stage Two Envelope as per GB-PPRA Rule 2022 39 (b). The technical proposal envelope must be clearly marked 'Technical Proposal' and accompanied by bid security of Rs. 0.100 million in the form of Deposit at Call in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&W Department Ghanche. The financial proposal envelope must be clearly marked 'Financial Proposal'. Partial and incomplete bids will not be considered. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Financial proposals of firms failing to qualify technically will be returned unopened. Financial proposals of only technically responsive and qualified firms will be opened in the presence of their representatives at a date and time to be communicated later. All applicable Federal and Provincial taxes must be included in the financial proposal. Forged, false, incomplete, or unsubstantiated information may lead to disqualification or blacklisting. This advertisement is also available on the GBPPRA website www.gbppra.gov.pk. GB C&WD reserves the right to reject all proposals as per GB PPRA Rule 2022 (Rule-36) prior to final acceptance. Bidders are advised to visit the project site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions and the scope of work. A joint site visit can be arranged on request. Ensure timely submission by the deadline and proper marking of envelopes to avoid rejection.
