Detailed Engineering Design and Supervision of Elevated Hockey Ground with Synthetic Turf at NED University Karachi

NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi invites reputable consulting firms registered with PEC/PCATP, FBR, and Sindh Revenue Board to submit proposals for the detailed engineering design, drawing, documentation, and detailed supervision of the development of an elevated/raised hockey ground with synthetic turf and allied works at NED University, Karachi. Items being procured: - Detailed Engineering Design, Drawing, Documentation of Elevated/Raised Structure and Allied Works for Hockey Ground - Development of Hockey Ground with Synthetic Turf and Allied Works - Construction of Underground Water Tank and Pump House - Construction of Toe-wall, Chain-link Fencing, and Draining System - Public Sitting Area and Pavilion - Any other related infrastructure and utilities The scope includes preliminary/schematic planning, soil investigation, master planning, architectural and structural design, water supply, sanitary, electrification, HVAC, telecommunication, and networking drawings. The consultant will prepare tender and working drawings, cost estimates, bid documents, and provide detailed supervision including site inspection, material testing, progress reporting, and final certification. The consultancy period includes 2 months for design and documentation and 18 months for detailed supervision. Eligibility requires valid PEC/PCATP registration, FBR and SRB registration, affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting, and satisfactory past performance certificates. Bid security of Rs 0.200 million and performance security of 5% of contract amount are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 30 September 2026.
