Aitchison College Lahore is inviting sealed bids from experienced and qualified firms for the conversion of Hino Non-Air-Conditioned Buses into Air-Conditioned Buses. This procurement is specifically for the Transport Department of Aitchison College located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Conversion of Hino Non-Air-Conditioned Buses into Air-Conditioned Buses - Installation of complete accessories including adjustable seats - Installation of AC and light points on every seat - Installation of inside lightweight luggage shelf - Installation of passenger seat belts The technical scope involves converting existing non-AC buses to fully air-conditioned buses with all necessary accessories to ensure passenger comfort and safety. Eligible bidders should be experienced firms capable of handling bus conversions and must submit their proposals in two separate sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal including complete technical specifications, methodology, and relevant experience, and the other for the Financial Proposal including the complete financial quotation with all applicable taxes and 5% earnest money in the form of a Pay Order.
