Conversion of Ordinary Safe Room into RCC Strong Room at NBP Barikot Branch Swat

The National Bank of Pakistan is procuring works for the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) strong room at its Barikot Branch in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This project involves comprehensive civil, electrical, and security-related construction activities to enhance the security infrastructure of the bank branch. The technical scope includes dismantling existing masonry, false ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, grills, and electrical fixtures. The works cover RCC walls, beams, lintels, ventilation pipes, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plastering, painting, wooden doors, false ceilings, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and installation of a standard strong room door with advanced locking mechanisms. The project also involves installation of electrical works including wiring, lighting, fans, and security systems as per approved specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must have an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board, valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in financial category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, and must have completed at least three similar projects of banks or financial institutions up to Rs. 25 million in the last three years. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred and must comply with all regulatory and ethical standards. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 AM on June 30, 2026, with bids to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). The original bid security of Rs. 40,000/- must be submitted to the National Bank of Pakistan before the closing time. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Wing Head Engineering North, NBP, Islamabad.
