Conversion of Ordinary Safe Room into RCC Strong Room at NBP Warai Branch (1323) RO Swat

The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites qualified contractors for the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) strong room at its Warai Branch in Swat. This project is part of NBP's 2025-26 financial year development plan and requires experienced firms with proven expertise in civil, electrical, and facility management works. The scope includes dismantling existing masonry, false ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, grills, and electrical and plumbing fixtures. The contractor will then construct RCC walls, beams, and lintels with Grade 60 steel reinforcement, install a standard strong room door with advanced locking mechanisms, and complete electrical wiring and lighting as per approved specifications. Additional works include plastering, painting, false ceiling installation, and provision of ventilation pipes. Eligible bidders must have an active FBR Active Taxpayer status, valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, and a minimum of three similar projects completed in the last three years with a value up to PKR 25 million. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 11:00 AM on May 21, 2026, with original bid security of PKR 40,000 submitted to NBP before the deadline. The technical bid should include detailed method statements, mobilization and construction schedules, and equipment lists. The financial bid will be evaluated on a least cost basis. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements, including timely submission of bid security and adherence to the EPADS submission process.
